TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Easy Rent Car Punta Cana and all rental agreements made through our service. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Deposit and Payment

A deposit payment must be made in person at the time of vehicle pickup. Online payment is required to guarantee the reservation. If the online payment is not made, we do not guarantee the availability of the selected vehicle.

3. Reservation Requirements

The minimum rental period is three (3) days.
Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.

4. Insurance Requirement

To rent a vehicle, it is mandatory to select an insurance option: either the basic legally required insurance or full coverage insurance. The customer is responsible for any damages not covered by the selected insurance option.

5. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

The renter agrees to:

Use the vehicle only for legal purposes and in accordance with traffic laws.
Not sublet or transfer the rented vehicle to any third party.
Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
Not use the vehicle for off-road driving, racing, or any other unauthorized activity.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a partial refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. No Warranties

All rental vehicles are provided as is without any warranties. Easy Rent Car Punta Cana is not responsible for any mechanical failures or unforeseen issues that may arise during the rental period.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Easy Rent Car Punta Cana, its owners, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the rental vehicle.

9. Indemnification

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold Easy Rent Car Punta Cana harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the misuse of the rental vehicle.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to Terms

Easy Rent Car Punta Cana reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Renters are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Punta Cana.

By renting a vehicle from Easy Rent Car Punta Cana, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
